1. What are the delivery options I can choose from?

Local Delivery

Enjoy the convenience of doorstep delivery by our appointed home delivery service provider within 3-5 working days at just $12. We offer a complimentary delivery service for purchases of $300 & above.

International Delivery via Fedex

For international delivery, all orders will be delivered by Fedex.
You will be subjected to the international mail rates stated by Fedex as well as import taxes, custom duties and other fees related to international delivery.
Delivery should be acknowledged by you or your authorized recipient during the delivery on the invoice presented by the delivery personnel. 

 

2. Can I choose to do self-collection instead?

Yes, of course!
For self-collection, you may drop by our office at 8 Tagore Drive #04-00 Singapore 787624, from 8.45am to 5.45pm, Mondays to Fridays (except for Public Holidays). 

 

3. When can I expect to receive my delivery?

 

ORDERS PLACED DELIVERY
Monday - Friday, before 4pm Delivery is estimated to be within 2-4 working days
Monday - Friday, after 4pm Delivery is estimated to be within 3-5 working days
Saturday and Sunday Orders will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery is estimated to be within 2-4 working days after which.

** This delivery guide serves as a general reference for purchase of in-stock items on the novita e-Store only, and may not necessarily apply for Pre-Order items and novita M series™ massage chair deliveries and water purification range installation.

 

4. What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

Not to worry. Under such circumstances, our courier will leave a slip for you to contact him and re-schedule another delivery timing. Alternatively, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team at estoredelivery@novita.com.sg for re-delivery. 

 

5. Are there any areas that novita does not deliver to?

Due to certain restrictions and limitations, we regret that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:

  • Jurong Island
  • Tuas Link
  • Changi Cargo
  • Army Camps
  • Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
  • Turf Club Avenue
  • Resorts World at Sentosa
  • Singapore Prison Quarters
  • Airbase sites
  • Shipyards
 

6. Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

In order to offer flexibility and cater to your busy schedules on weekdays, you may indicate your preference to have it delivered on Saturdays (under customer’s note), and we will arrange it to be delivered on Saturdays from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Cut–off time for Saturday’s delivery is at 3:00pm on the day before.

We regret that we are unable to do deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

 

7. How do I change my address or contact details if necessary?

If there is a change in your delivery address and contact details, please feel free to inform us at estoredelivery@novita.com.sg. Kindly include your order number for speedier assistance. For urgent requests, do contact our friendly customer care team at 6552 1023/25.

 

8. Can I cancel my order?

Once we receive your order, we strive to have it delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Hence, you may cancel your order up to 24 hours after the purchase has been made.
Give us a call at 6552 1023/25 and we will help you with the cancellation.
We regret that we are unable to accept cancellation when your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse. 

 

9. Do I need to prepare anything for delivery?

No, however you will be required to sign as acknowledgement of receipt and your order will be deemed to be delivered once we receive the authorised couriers' delivery note/invoice.

 

10. How is the Novita Massage Chair Delivery being arranged?

Once the order is being processed, our friendly Customer Care Team will be in touch with you within 3 working days to arrange for delivery/ installation of the massage chair. Delivery/ installation service ($ 120/ trip) is inclusive, however, we do not provide disposal service for existing massage chair. Delivery timing is from Monday to Friday, either 9am - 1pm or 2pm - 6pm.
