1. What happens if the items I receive are faulty or different from my order?

You are strongly encouraged to check the product immediately upon receipt and may reject the order on the spot if you discover that the product is faulty or different from your order.

In the unlikely event of such a circumstance, please contact our friendly customer care team at 6552 1023/25 or drop us an email at estoredelivery@novita.com.sg within 24 hours. We will arrange for an exchange within 3 working days and bear any delivery charges incurred. It will be greatly appreciated if the defective product is kept in its original packaging with the receipt/tax invoice attached. 

 

2. Can I return an order if I changed my mind?

We want to ensure that you have a pleasant online shopping experience with us. Hence we accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy:

All returns must be returned within 7 days of order receipt in the event of a change of mind, accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification. The condition of the product must be unused and in its original packaging, along with all accessories or user manuals which came with it.

Return of products will only be at our office at 8 Tagore Drive #04-00 Singapore 787624, otherwise customer will have to bear the delivery charges. If any collection and delivery service will be required, an administration and transportation fee will be incurred/imposed.

 

3. Can I return a product that was bought on promotion?

Our usual return policy applies to products which were bought on promotion too. All returns must be within 7 days of order receipt, accompanied with the sales invoice/receipt. The condition of the product must be unused and in its original packaging, along with all accessories or user manuals which came with it.

Return of products will only be at our office at 8 Tagore Drive #04-00 Singapore 787624, otherwise customer will have to bear the delivery charges.

If the purchase came with a free gift, it must be returned as well in an unused condition. In the event that the product has been used, the amount refunded will be reduced to deflect the full price of the free gift.

 

4. I have purchased a unit and used it for a few days. Can I return it for an exchange or refund?

Unfortunately, products that have been opened and used cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

 

5. What is the return policy for products that have been shipped internationally?

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances of lost parcels during International Delivery, we regret that we do not offer refunds as we have no control over overseas postal service.

However if you have a change of mind and would like to make a return, you will have to bear the delivery charges for return of product and in accordance to our Return Policy:

6. How will I be refunded and how long does it take?

All refund requests will be processed within 7 working days as soon as we receive the product.

The refund will be issued via the original payment mode:
If the payment was via Paypal, refund will be made to your Paypal account immediately.
If the payment was via Credit Card, refund will be made to your Credit Card within 30 days.
