Plant Based Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Filling
Chocolate Coating
- ¼ cup chocolate chunks
- 1 ½ tablespoon coconut oil
Method:
- Combine Peanut Butter and honey in a bowl and mix
- Once mixed add almond flour, mix again then add quinoa puffs
- Roll into small balls
- Refrigerate balls for 1 hour
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil
- Coat balls in chocolate and refrigerate for at least 3 hours
