FILTER REPLACEMENT

Filter replacement notification prompts on the LCD screen and unit dispensing will be disabled when filter is due for replacement after every 180 days - about 1,800 litres* of water usage. (whichever comes first). Please replace the filter to ensure optimum water purification performance.

* Based on average 10 litres/day usage.

NOTE: • Filter replacement countdown reminder will start to prompt on the home screen when filter’s lifespan is left with 9 days.

Lift up the top lid from the designated lifting slot at the back of the unit.

Disconnect from the filter connection terminal. Hold onto the filter handle grip and exert some pressure to loosen the filter in anticlockwise direction.

Gently lift up the old filter. Hold on to the new filter handle grip then gently insert/lower/place the filter into the unit to avoid overstressing and damaging the filter base connector.

Hold onto the filter and exert some pressure to tighten it in clockwise direction. Ensure the filter is fitted snugly. Reconnect the filter connection terminal.

Replace the top lid back onto the unit.

Enter setting options to select Filter / UV Lamp Reset settings. Tap cp-W29 to reset Filter Lifespan. “Saved” will be shown on the LCD screen to indicate setting is saved.

Please rinse through the brand new filter before usage. To rinse, tap cp-w29 then hot followed by Cold 5 times each to dispense and discard the first 5 litres of hot and cold water respectively.

360 DAYS

ADVANCED ULTRAVIOLET GERMICIDAL LAMP REPLACEMENT

UV Lamp replacement notification prompts on the LCD screen when UV Lamp is due for replacement after every 360 days of usage. Please replace the UV Lamp to ensure optimum disinfecting performance.

NOTE: • UV Lamp replacement countdown reminder will start to prompt on the home screen when UV Lamp’s lifespan is left with 9 days.

Lift up the top lid from the designated lifting slot at the back of the unit.

Insert the UV unlock key into the designated slot. Exert some pressure to push the latch outwards to release the catch.

NOTE: • UV unlock key is located inside the styrofoam holder in the UV Lamp Packaging Box.

While the latch is pushed outwards, hold down and rotate the UV Lamp in anticlockwise direction to unlock the UV Lamp catch.

Gently lift up and remove the old UV Lamp vertically.

Gently insert the new UV Lamp vertically into the unit to prevent damages to the delicate UV Lamp’s component.

NOTE: • Always ensure the latch at the top of the UV Lamp is facing the front during assembly.

Rotate the UV Lamp in clockwise direction fully and you will hear a “click sound” when it is securely installed and locked in position.

Replace the top lid back onto the unit.

Enter setting options to select Filter / UV Lamp Reset settings. Tap cp-W29 to reset UV Lamp Lifespan. “Saved” will be shown on the LCD screen to indicate setting is saved.

NOTE: • Please refer to Page 22 of Operating Instructions Manual for full instructions to reset UV Lamp lifespan.

Cleaning and maintenance

For external maintenance, regularly use a damp cloth to wipe the surface to prevent accumulation of dust.

DO NOT use chemicals or aggressive solvent as these substances may discolour the unit & results in permanent stains.

REMOVABLE DRain TRAY

Empty the removable drain tray periodically to prevent overflow. Clean it once a week to prevent potential build-up of bacteria.

Pull out and empty the content in the removable drain tray.

Replace the emptied removable drain tray back onto the unit.
