Honey Lemon Cheesecake mug cake

Ingredients
For mug cake:
- 15g flour
- 30g sweetened protein powder
- 1 egg white
- 5g chia seeds (optional)
- 40g thick yogurt/applesauce/banana
- 5-10g PURITI Manuka Honey
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 5-8 tbsp water/milk
- Lemon juice
For filling
- 15-30g cream cheese
- Drop of honey
- A splash of water/milk/lemon juice
Directions

Preheat oven to200°C
- Mix all the mug cake ingredients together
- Pour half the batter into an oven safe bowl
- Mix all the all the filling ingredients together
- Place the filling at the center of the bowl
- Pour the rest of the batter
- Bake 15-20 minutes
- Add toppings of your choice!
